Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging with all seals intact
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used skincare products (for hygiene reasons)
• Gift sets that have been opened
• Items purchased during final sale or clearance events
• Downloadable or digital products
• Spa treatment services once rendered

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

• Email us at Mirrorestheticsg1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
• We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
• Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method — return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
• Affirm purchases: Refunds are returned to your Affirm account and will reduce or eliminate your outstanding balance accordingly
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

6. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Affirm Purchases

If you financed your purchase through Affirm, your refund will be credited back to your Affirm account. Affirm will adjust your payment schedule accordingly. You remain responsible for any payments already made. Contact Affirm directly at affirm.com for questions about your loan.
